How it works
- Sign up: complete our quick online form below and familiarise yourself with our Brand Standards.
- Drop-off: pack up your items, label them with your name and membership number (we’ll email this to you within 72 hours), and drop them at one of our two locations.
- Get paid: we handle everything, from sorting to selling. Once your items sell, you’ll receive up to 30% commission (details below). Or choose a credit note and enjoy an extra 15% to spend on our online shop or at our in-person sales within 2 weeks of drop off – no need to wait for your items to sell!
Important details
Once you sign up, we’ll email you a membership number and details of your nearest drop-off point, usually within 72 hours.
Occasional closures: we may need to pause drop-offs for certain age groups if we’re overstocked. Keep an eye on our socials and website for updates.
By signing up, you agree to follow our brand standards – totstogz.co.uk/brand-standards – these detail the types of brands we accept ( we do not accept supermarket own brands or budget brands such as Matalan, Primark, etc.) Please ensure your items are in very good/excellent condition only. All items need to be freshly washed, ironed, and folded.
Commission will not be paid on items that require washing or ironing.
Anytime drop-off
You can leave your items in our large, weatherproof chest at either of our drop-off locations in Marlow or Pitstone.
Please ensure your drop-off bags/boxes are clearly labeled with your name and membership number. Complete the form using the QR code on the drop-off box to notify us of your drop and allow us to process your items.
What Happens Next
Within 10 working days of your drop-off, we’ll send you a summary email, including:
- Number of items received
- Items accepted and rejected
- An estimated commission value

Payment
We process member payments once a month (except December) for commissions on items sold totalling £10 or more. Payments are made via PayPal (no fees are incurred). Simply provide your PayPal details during sign-up, this allows us to pay you without storing your bank details.
Our commission structure is divided into two tiers:
Tier 1 (Luxury Labels): Earn 30% of the sale price.
Tier 2 (High Street Brands): Earn 20% of the sale price.
Brands are categorised based on their retail value. For full details, please refer to our Brand Standards.

You can use your earnings to refresh your child’s wardrobe on our online shop or at our in-person sales and keep the cycle of buying and selling going. Better still, you don’t need to wait for your items to sell, we will send you your credit note within 2 weeks of receiving your drop-off, so you can start shopping again right away!
Need-to-Know info
A core value for us here at Tots Togz is for zero clothing waste. To help support us in our aim, when we feel any clothes have had a fair opportunity to sell with us, we will rehome them to worthy charities, continuing the clothing lifecycle. When this is not possible due, we will send them for textile recycling.
If we feel we can increase sale opportunities of processed items via alternative platforms, such as online, we reserve the right to do this. From time to time, we may host a discounted sale, any commission payments for items sold will be made based on the sale amount.
We currently host in-person sales in Aston Clinton & Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Sales take place on average 3 times per year in March, June & September. Sales are usually held over 2 consecutive weekend days, 1 day in each of our 2 locations. Our online shop enables buyers to purchase your items, day or night, increasing your sales opportunities with us, whoop!
We love to keep you in the loop so we will be updating our socials and you directly with the latest sale dates and drop-off information as they happen.
We are spreading the Tots Togz revolution throughout each local community through the power of social media, local advertising and as much word of mouth as possible. So, help us help you by spreading the word!
Whilst we endeavour to watch over your items like precious bundles of joy, we cannot accept responsibility for any goods left in our care. Please note items cannot be returned to you once they have been received by us.
As part of your membership agreement with Tots Togz, we will issue any updates to this document via email, and we encourage you to read and acknowledge these. If you are happy with any updates, no further action is required. However, if you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
