We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, our returns process, inline with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, is detailed below.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return any item purchased on our website within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as sold. We do request that you advise us within 24 hours of receiving your item/s of your intention to return it/them.
Due to the pre-loved nature of our items, please note that minor signs of wear or imperfections may occur. These are not considered valid reasons for returns unless they were not mentioned in the description.
Refund Process
If you choose to return an item, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method, provided it is returned within the 14-day period and in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or misrepresented.
Our Honesty Box Policy
While we thoroughly quality check all items multiple times before shipping, on very rare occasions we may discover an imperfection after you purchase whilst carrying out a final check when packing your order. In the interest of transparency and reducing waste, we’ll send the item anyway, hoping it will still provide plenty of value to you. We will then email you to let you know and once you receive the item and review it, you have the following options:
- Full refund and keep the item as our gift.
- Name your price and we’ll refund the difference.
- Keep the item at full price and enjoy it as originally intended.
